Product Claims
If you believe your cutting board has a defect covered by this warranty, please contact our customer service team at info@larchwoodcanada.mom to initiate your claim. You will need to us with your proof of purchase, a description of the defect, a full photo of the front of the cutting board, a full photo of the back of the cutting board, and a close-up photo of the defect. Detailed Care Instructions
To ensure the longevity and continued beauty of your cutting board, we provide comprehensive care instructions with each purchase to help maintain the cutting board’s durability and aesthetic appeal for years to come. Proper care is essential to protect the wood from cracking, warping, or other damage. Neglecting to follow these care instructions will void the warranty to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Notice Regarding Handmade Products
All of our cutting boards are handmade from natural wood, which means each product is unique. Slight variations in wood grain, color, texture, and size may occur between products, even when they are the same model or design. These differences are part of the charm and character of handmade items, should not be considered defects and do not affect the functionality or durability of the product. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that your cutting board may look slightly different from images on our website or from other boards of the same style.
